The Showflow & Artist Manager ensures that every event unfolds seamlessly — managing the rhythm, transitions, and flow of the entire experience. Acting as the bridge between creative ideation and real-time execution, you’ll coordinate artists, vendors, and backstage operations to bring Kahani’s signature storytelling to life.
Design and manage detailed show flows for events, ensuring every transition feels natural and emotionally resonant.
Oversee live execution, managing timing, cues, and on-ground coordination.
Anticipate challenges and provide real-time solutions with calm precision.
Collaborate with creative, design, and production teams to align execution with the event’s artistic vision.
Manage artist selection, briefing, scheduling, and day-of coordination.
Ensure artists embody Kahani’s storytelling-driven philosophy.
Act as the key liaison between artists, vendors, and internal teams for smooth coordination.
Handle performance logistics, stage requirements, and event-day readiness.
Work closely with the Client Experience Lead to deliver flawless event execution aligned with client expectations.
Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen execution processes.
Develop and refine SOPs for show flow management, artist engagement, and vendor relations.
Support internal teams to maintain precision, timing, and brand consistency.
Ensure that every show flow reflects Kahani by i2C’s creative ethos and emotional storytelling approach.
Uphold quality control standards across all event setups and executions.
Continuously enhance artist and vendor management processes for efficiency and creative excellence.

Experienced in artist & vendor management with a hands-on approach to event flow.
Quick on your feet — someone who thrives in fast-paced, live-event environments.
Highly detail-oriented, with an eye for timing, aesthetics, and brand consistency.
Passionate about transforming ideas into captivating on-ground moments.
Education: Graduate in Event Management, Mass Communication, or related field (MBA preferred)
Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in live event execution, show flow management, or artist coordination
