Key Responsibilities

Website Design & Management

• Design and develop a visually appealing Shopify website aligned with the brand identity.
• Set up product pages, collections, checkout process, and integrations.
• Manage ongoing website updates (new launches, banners, blogs, seasonal edits).
• Optimize for mobile responsiveness, speed, and SEO best practices.
• Ensure smooth website functionality and troubleshoot technical issues.

Email Marketing

• Plan, design, and execute

  email campaigns

  (newsletters, product drops, promotions, seasonal content).
• Set up and manage

  automated flows

  (welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase).
• Use

  Klaviyo / Mailchimp

  for campaign management.
• Write or collaborate on copy that matches brand voice and resonates with the audience.
• Track performance metrics (open rates, click-through, conversions) and optimize campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a

  Shopify Expert / Website Designer

  (portfolio required).
• Strong knowledge of Shopify themes, apps, and integrations.
• Experience in

  email marketing platforms

  (Klaviyo preferred).
• Understanding of fashion/lifestyle branding and consumer psychology.
• Ability to balance

  design aesthetics + conversion-driven strategy

• Strong communication and time management skills.
