Shopify Expert

As a Shopify Expert, your role will involve designing, managing, and optimizing an e-commerce website while also handling email marketing campaigns to enhance engagement and drive sales. Your experience in working with fashion or lifestyle brands, along with your understanding of aesthetics and ability to balance creativity with performance, will be key in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and developing a visually appealing Shopify website that reflects the brand's identity. - Setting up product pages, collections, checkout process, and integrations. - Managing ongoing website updates, including new launches, banners, blogs, and seasonal edits. - Optimizing the website for mobile responsiveness, speed, and SEO best practices. - Ensuring smooth website functionality and troubleshooting technical issues. - Planning, designing, and executing email campaigns such as newsletters, product drops, promotions, and seasonal content. - Setting up and managing automated flows like welcome series, cart abandonment, and post-purchase emails. - Utilizing Klaviyo or Mailchimp for campaign management. - Writing or collaborating on copy that aligns with the brand's voice and resonates with the audience. - Tracking performance metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize campaigns. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Shopify Expert or Website Designer (portfolio required). - Strong knowledge of Shopify themes, apps, and integrations. - Experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo. - Understanding of fashion/lifestyle branding and consumer psychology. - Ability to balance design aesthetics with a conversion-driven strategy. - Strong communication and time management skills.
