As a Shopify Expert for our company, your role will involve designing, managing, and optimizing our e-commerce website alongside handling email marketing campaigns to enhance engagement and drive sales. You should ideally have experience collaborating with fashion or lifestyle brands, possess a keen eye for aesthetics, and be proficient in striking a balance between creativity and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Website Design & Management: - Design and develop a visually appealing Shopify website that reflects the brand's identity. - Set up product pages, collections, checkout processes, and necessary integrations. - Regularly update the website with new launches, banners, blogs, and seasonal edits. - Ensure mobile responsiveness, speed optimization, and adhere to SEO best practices. - Maintain smooth website functionality and troubleshoot any technical issues efficiently. - Email Marketing: - Strategize, design, and execute various email campaigns such as newsletters, product drops, promotions, and seasonal content. - Establish and oversee automated flows like welcome series, cart abandonment, and post-purchase sequences. - Utilize Klaviyo or Mailchimp for managing email campaigns effectively. - Craft or collaborate on compelling copy that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience. - Monitor performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and continually optimize campaigns for better results. Qualifications Required: - Proven track record as a Shopify Expert/Website Designer with a portfolio showcasing your work. - Sound knowledge of Shopify themes, apps, and integrations. - Proficiency in email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo. - Understanding of fashion/lifestyle branding and consumer psychology. - Ability to strike a balance between design aesthetics and conversion-driven strategies. - Excellent communication and time management skills.
