Role Overview

Shopify Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Custom code Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Make real-time changes and fixes as required across all website pages
• Build and update product & collection pages, landing pages, offers, and banners
• Manage Shopify backend: product uploads, tagging, collections, and filters
• Integrate apps, optimize for speed and mobile responsiveness
• Work with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect visuals
• Setup basic automation using Shopify Flow / 3rd-party integrations
• Ensure site hygiene: broken links, redirects, checkout flow, etc.
• Collaborate with performance marketing team to run A/B tests or CRO updates

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years hands-on Shopify development experience
• Proficiency in

  Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

• Experience working with Shopify 2.0 themes
• Strong understanding of Shopify backend: inventory, metafields, filters, navigation
• Ability to solve bugs independently and work across departments
• Bonus: Experience with Figma, Google Tag Manager, analytics events, and app integrations
