Shopify Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build responsive and mobile-optimized layouts.
• Integrate and configure Shopify Apps & APIs.
• Optimize site speed, performance, and conversion metrics.
• Create custom sections, metafields, and dynamic templates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform or UX-related bugs.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing team to implement CRO (conversion rate optimization) features.
• Maintain and update product catalogs, collections, and menus.
• Implement third-party integrations such as Razorpay, Shiprocket, Meta Pixel, and tracking scripts.
  

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Shopify Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Familiar with Shopify theme architecture, sections, metafields, and templates.
• Experience in Shopify 2.0 themes and JSON templates.
• Proficiency with tools like Figma, GitHub, and VS Code.
• Understanding of SEO principles and performance optimization.
• Experience integrating APIs and third-party services.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to deliver pixel-perfect front-end work.
  

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Shopify Hydrogen or React.
• Basic understanding of Shopify Plus, headless CMS, and GraphQL.
• Experience working with Klaviyo, GHL, or Meta Pixel setup.
• Familiarity with eCommerce UX principles and analytics.
