Job Description:
*Implement daily & weekly production schedules based on project priorities
*Oversee fabrication activities including plate cutting, rolling, welding, fitting, assembly & NDT readiness*Ensure compliance with approved WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) & QAP (Quality Assurance Plan)* Monitor material flow, sub-assembly status & ensure adherence to quality norms*Lead a team of supervisors, welders, fitters, riggers & helpers*Organize training & skill development programs for shop floor workforce*Maintain HSE compliance & drive safety culture on the shop floor*Prepare daily production reports, productivity trackers & material consumption logs*Liaise with maintenance for equipment upkeep & breakdown resolution*Ensure shop safety aspects & environment rules regulations
Skills Required:
*Proficiency in SAP & other ERP systems
*Coordinate with QA/QC, Design, Procurement & Safety*Problem-solving & team development skills*Implement 5S, Kaizen & Lean Manufacturing practices
