Shift Manager: Handling the shift operations smoothly Responsible to maintain power Uptime, Temperature and Humidity SLA in field. Able to handle customer requirements, escalation and timely closure. Mindset towards Energy Efficiency and to run PUE and Energy saving projects. Ensure workplace safety, Quality in all field activities. Able to train technician to improve their skill set. - Project management and Third party inspection and advisory services in various industries. - Responsible for conducting product and Shop floor inspection based on IS/IEC/CE/EU codes and directives. - Developing Inspection test plan and forming strategy for overall quality assurance and control based on clients budget and requirement. - High-lighting risk and helping client about critical and non critical points in testing by simplifying things to support client for meaningful decision making for total COQ (Cost of Quality). - Conducted Inspection of large /Mid size equipments like Power transformer (ABB/Siemens) 1 MVA to 100 MVA, HT and LT breakers, PCC (power control centers), Motors, UPS, Inverters and VFD (Variable frequency drives), Cables (LT and HT), Structural inspection based on clients specification/BIS codes. - Advisory services for certification and country approvals - Shop floor audits
