Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Shift Scheduling:
Develop and maintain daily/weekly/monthly shift rosters for brewery staff (production, packaging, utilities, etc.).
Demand Alignment:
Coordinate with Production Planning and HR to align manpower availability with production targets.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to statutory labour regulations (working hours, rest periods, overtime limits) and company policies.
System Management:
Use workforce management tools or ERP modules to publish and track shift plans.
Data & Reporting:
Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and overtime trends; provide reports for cost control and efficiency.
Issue Resolution:
Act as the first point of contact for shift-related queries and last-minute adjustments.

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and planning skills.
Familiarity with labor laws and shift norms.
Proficiency in Excel and workforce planning tools (SAP, Kronos, or similar).
Good communication and stakeholder management.
