Scope: Building advocacy among the key on & off trade customers and wait-staff Increase awareness about Heinekens specialties (unique brewing process, ingredients etc) Train bar-staff on Heineken product credentials Conceptualizing and executing the brand’s experience in MONT & MOFT Conceptualize customized visibility (immersive/experiential and best-in-class/premium execution (incl menu, DJ console, curated zones etc) Collaborate with the MONT outlet managers to curate the brand event/experiences calendar and execute the same Ideal candidate profile : Someone who has worked in premium/luxury brands commercial role or someone from a marketing/event agency Should be able to understand the brand positioning/strategy and bring that to life across the identified touch-points in a premium way Flair for engaging with MONT channel stakeholders & trend-setters. Should be aware of the latest cultural trends Should be comfortable with ambiguity and steer the work since this is a relatively new area of work for the organization Innate passion for lifestyle category and a job of this nature
