Job Summary: Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving growth initiatives to expand the companys market presence in the packaged drinking water sector. This role will also involve building and maintaining franchisee relationships, developing strategic sales plans with the franchisees to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue growth, volume growth and expand market share and geographical coverage. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends. 2. Partnership/Franchisee Development: Identify and establish partnerships with franchisees, distributors and other key customers and stakeholders. 3. Sales Forecasting and Performance Monitoring: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform business planning. Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. 5. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the FMCG or packaged drinking water industry. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Personal Attributes: Results-driven and goal-oriented. High level of integrity and professionalism. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
