Were Hiring Demand Planning Professionals (59 Years Experience)

Develop accurate baseline forecasts using statistical models & historical trends
Integrate promotional, seasonal, and market intelligence inputs into the demand plan
Lead weekly/monthly
Demand Review (S&OP/IBP)
discussions with stakeholders
Identify and communicate forecast risks, opportunities, and demand shifts proactively
Collaborate with Supply Planning to align inventory & service levels
Improve forecast accuracy & bias through structured RCA and corrective actions
Build and maintain
Kinaxis RapidResponse dashboards
for visibility and governance
Translate business insights into short-, mid-, and long-term demand plans
Support scenario planning for new launches, events, and demand shocks
Drive strong cross-functional alignment for operational and commercial continuity
