We believe that restorative rest can be simple, natural, and drug-free. Role Summary Bearaby is seeking a demand planner to forecast demand, manage the procure to pay cycle. Duties and Responsibilities Provide a detailed sales forecast that is specific to the geography, sales channels, and products in the portfolio, while also maintaining and updating the forecast based on actual sales and external market conditions. Analyze business performance, sales, and inventory productivity while monitoring results, actioning necessary adjustments; all with the goal of delivering budgeted sales and margin and planned sell-through expectations. Work with Logistics and Production partners to resolve external constraints that impact inventory flow and customer needs Review and analyze weekly performance/inventory levels and recommend changes to forecasts. Who You Are Strong quantitatively focused thinker with some experience with forecasting and demand planning, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Python or other coding language is a plus Possess a strong understanding of how to use data to drive decisions and communicate business needs effectively. A flexible thinker who is comfortable taking on feedback and can work with strategic direction A team player with the ability to work closely across teams in a fast-paced startup environment Comfortable with working in G Suite and Slack Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Statistics, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce, retail, or related industries, with a proven track record of success in logistics and supply chain management Strong communication skills, with familiarity working in a multi-cultural environment.
