Job Description

Hiring Shift Manager·        Key Accountabilities:   o  Oversee and manage the restaurant’s daily operations during the assigned shift, ensuring seamless service and high operational standards. o  Supervise staff, assign tasks, and ensure that all team members are performing their duties effectively. o  Monitor inventory levels and track usage, placing orders as necessary to maintain sufficient stock. o  Generate and analyze reports on sales, projections, petty cash, and wastage, ensuring accuracy and alignment with operational goals. o  Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring quick resolutions and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction. o  Ensure that staff adheres to hygiene, safety, and operational policies throughout the shift.   ·        Operations Accountability:   o  Maintain staff productivity, managing break schedules and ensuring sufficient coverage during peak hours. o  Conduct conflict resolution when disputes arise between team members, fostering a positive work environment. o  Assist in the management of petty cash and ensure that financial transactions are handled accurately. o  Support in the handling of customer complaints and ensure effective solutions are provided to maintain customer loyalty. o  Monitor and maintain the quality of food and beverage service, ensuring consistency and adherence to company standards. o  Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager to implement strategies and improve operational efficiency. o  Ensure that the restaurant meets operational and financial targets, managing costs effectively during the shift. o  Perform opening and closing duties, ensuring that all tasks are completed as per the operational guidelines. ·        Skills : o Strong leadership and team management abilities. o Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. o Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. o Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. o Proficiency in generating and analyzing reports (sales, inventory, etc.). o Customer service-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction.
