Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery to customers.
Oversee inventory management, food costing, and waste disposal to maintain efficiency.
Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in hotel management or QSR industry with a focus on shift management.
Strong knowledge of BHM (Beverage & Hospitality Management) principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction.
Ability to work well under pressure during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail.
