Job Description

1. Shift Operations

Execute operational SOPs across food preparation, service, cleanliness, and hygiene.
Ensure availability of manpower and proper task allocation for each shift.
Monitor product quality, equipment functioning, and speed of service.

2. Team Leadership

Supervise crew members and ensure performance during shifts.
Conduct pre-shift briefings, assign roles, and monitor productivity.
Train new crew members on service and operational standards.

3. Guest Service

Ensure quick, friendly, and accurate service.
Resolve guest issues immediately and escalate when required.
Maintain a welcoming and clean restaurant environment.

4. Compliance & Safety

Follow FSSAI norms, BK food safety standards, and hygiene protocols.
Ensure accurate cash handling, billing, and shift-wise cash reconciliation.
Maintain documentation and assist in audits.

5. Sales & Cost Control

Support sales targets through upselling and promotion execution.
Manage waste, portion control, and other shift-level cost parameters.
Share daily performance and shift reports with ARM/RGM.
