Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Incharge located in Serampore-Uttarpara. The Shift Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth workflow, supervising and guiding team members, and maintaining safety and quality standards. The Shift Incharge will also handle shift scheduling, report any issues or improvements needed, and collaborate with senior management to optimize operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in overseeing daily manufacturing operations and meeting production targets
• Leadership skills to supervise and guide team members
• Coordination skills for smooth workflow between departments
• Knowledge of maintaining safety and quality standards
• Ability to handle shift scheduling and reporting issues or improvements needed
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field is preferred
