Requirements Main Responsibilities: Dealing and execution of production related activities at Shop Floor Manage, develop and motivate shop floor team to achieve targeted production volume Maintain desired yield of product Direct contractual employees at shop-floor Carry out material balance calculation of produced batch/grade Control the raw material usage and wastage minimization Ensure compliance of all corrective & Preventive actions to avoid repetition of Customer complaints Responsible to meet production targets as per production planning Coordinate with various departments to maintain mechanical integrity of all plant programs The Ideal Candidate Bachelor of Chemical engineering, Bachelor of Plastics engineering Trouble shooting of faults, maintain ENVALIOR standards with respective of various directives & protocol Show more Show less
