Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Incharge located in Manesar. The Shift Incharge will be responsible for overseeing and managing production during assigned shifts. This includes ensuring that production targets are met, monitoring the performance of workers, maintaining safety and quality standards, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. The Shift Incharge will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise during the shift and providing guidance and support to team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management and shift supervision
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and effectively
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Understanding of safety regulations and practices in a manufacturing setting
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus
