Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Shift Engineer role located in Mumbai. The Shift Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the technical aspects of facility operations, conducting regular equipment inspections, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Shift Engineer will also be involved in managing vendors and contractors for maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering skills
• Experience in facility management and maintenance
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Certifications in relevant fields (e.g., HVAC, electrical systems) are a plus
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
