Role Description Full-time Back Office role based in Kolkata Position: Shift Engineer Monitor and maintain technical systems to ensure smooth operations Guide drivers remotely in case of any technical fault in the vehicle Coordinate with workshop/service center teams for repairs and maintenance Follow up on vehicle breakdowns and resolution status Validate TAX invoices for accuracy, services, and cost compliance Ensure vehicles are made on-road within defined turnaround time Maintain records of breakdowns, repairs, and vehicle status Communicate status updates to internal teams and supervisors Qualifications Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering Basic knowledge of MS Excel * ( Workshop experience will be considered in place of formal qualification)
