Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Delivery Team Lead

for our

Microsoft SharePoint,

Power Platform, and few other technologies

. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient service delivery, incident management, and problem resolution in alignment with organizational standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in SharePoint and Power Platform, exceptional leadership abilities, and the capacity to effectively manage team dynamics and client expectations.

  • Power Platform: 15%
  • MS Teams/OneDrive and Others: 25%

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

  • Manage, mentor, and motivate existing team of approximately a dozen professionals specializing mostly in Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to enhance productivity and professional growth.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Technical Guidance

  • Provide technical leadership and support to team members in the development and implementation of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
  • Identify skill gaps within the team and recommend targeted training programs to enhance overall team capabilities, particularly for junior team members.
  • Act as SME and Architect of SharePoint and Power Platform technologies

Client Engagement

  • Manage client expectations by maintaining clear communication and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.

Project Management

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of platform support and ad-hoc projects, ensuring adherence to SLAs, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with managers and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for any new requirements. Provide estimation and timeline to assist with creating of Statement of Work.
  • Manage resource allocation and time effectively across multiple projects to ensure optimal productivity and timely delivery.
Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor"s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience working with SharePoint and Power Platform, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, customization, and development, as well as Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Experience working in a client-facing role or consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate).
