SharePoint & Nintex Workflow Specialist

Job Summary:
We are hiring a skilled SharePoint & Nintex Workflow Specialist with experience in automating business processes and building dynamic forms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Nintex Workflow, Nintex Forms, and SharePoint (Online or OnPremises). The candidate will work closely with business teams to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy Nintex workflows to automate business processes Create and customize Nintex Forms integrated with SharePoint lists and libraries Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and permissions as per business needs Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing workflows and forms Provide documentation and end-user support for deployed solutions Ensure compliance with security, governance, and quality standards Stay updated with SharePoint and Nintex platform changes and best practices

Required Skills:
Experience with SharePoint Online SharePoint 2016/2019 Hands-on experience in Nintex Workflow and Nintex Forms Strong understanding of workflow logic, form design, and SharePoint customization Knowledge of permissions management, content types, and metadata in SharePoint Basic understanding of JavaScript, PowerShell, or SPFx is a plus Experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):
Nintex Certification (e.g., Nintex Certified Workflow Pro) Exposure to Power Automate, Power Apps, or other Microsoft 365 tools Experience in Agile Scrum-based development environments
