Contribute to M365 service improvement projects including design & planning, change management, and implementation efforts throughout the project life cycle. With your well-rounded skills in SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange and other M365 productivity tools, you will serve as an escalation point of contact for the APAC and EMEA regions/ Create and maintain M365 governance standards, policies, & guidelines for the collaboration platform so that they are in line with best practices and respective service owner expectations in Security Operations, Digital Delivery Team, and other key stakeholders. Essential requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Proven ability to create SharePoint constructs using classic/modern site design including site content, document libraries, custom lists, web parts, and workflows using Power Apps, and other tools as required by the business. Advanced skills in SharePoint workflows, scripting, web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and Microsoft Graph APIs 5+ years of experience in a hybrid Entra AD environment, Purview administration,, and general M365 administration Excellent English speaking and documentation skills Must be willing to work outside of local business hours occasionally to meet with Business stakeholders, attend team meetings, and respond to emergencies. Desired skills Experience with AvePoint Backup for M365 and Control Suite Governance Suite or similar governance tools. Good understanding of data protection methods including Insider Risk Management, DLP Policies, and zero trust architecture. Good understanding of Project methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies. Strong ability to take a consultative approach to solving business driven requirements. Strong customer focus and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical team members.
