Job Description:

• Administer and support SharePoint Online sites, site collections, and permissions utilizing existing best practice scripts
• Monitor Orphan users utilizing ShareGate
• Perform daily operations reporting utilizing different tools across ShareGate and PowerBI
• Monitor workflow health across Nintex and Power Platform
• Implement governance standards, user policies, and best practices for site creation, naming conventions, and content lifecycle
• Monitor site health, storage, and performance; troubleshoot access, configuration, and synchronization issues
• Oversee term store management, content types, and metadata consistency (not in place today, but over time will enable)
• Participate in platform upgrades, migrations, and feature enablement
