Job Description

You will be responsible for the following tasks: - Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting SharePoint farms - Providing tier-three administration, support, and configuration for SharePoint - Managing and supporting security and permissions - Offering SharePoint support and end-user training - Installing the SharePoint platform, integrating applications, and creating libraries - Adding users, controlling access to document libraries, and setting permissions - Performing maintenance of the SharePoint platform, servers, and intranet - Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions - Performing data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss - Ensuring sufficient storage space through clean-ups and data archiving - Reviewing usage and activity reports and making adjustments for optimized user experiences - Keeping up to date with SharePoint developments and performing version updates and upgrades - Experience in migrating sites, applications, and data within SharePoint - Managing the day-to-day operations of the SharePoint infrastructure - Troubleshooting any issues, conducting root cause analysis (RCA), and developing fixes to avoid similar issues Your qualifications should include: - Experience in SharePoint Online (SPO) administration - Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in installation, configuration, customization, administering, and managing SharePoint Server 2013, 2016, and 2019 - Expertise in adding, changing, and removing users and user group permissions for various sites, updating content, and changing navigation - Experience in 24*7 client and server support - Experience in web part and Windows solutions packages deployment - Experience in content deployments, cumulative updates, security patches, etc. - Good knowledge in user profiles - Good communication and strong interpersonal skills with quick adaptability to new environments - Expertise in creating and configuring web applications, team sites including site collection, lists, document libraries, content types, and custom lists Experience Required: - Overall experience: 7-9 years (mandatory) - SharePoint admin experience: 4-5 years (mandatory) - SharePoint development experience: 1-2 years,
