Job Description

As a SharePoint Administrator - L2 Support, your role involves: - Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting SharePoint farms. - Providing tier-three administration, support, and configuration for SharePoint. - Managing and supporting security and permissions within the platform. - Providing support and end-user training for SharePoint. - Integrating applications, creating libraries, adding users, controlling access, and setting permissions. - Performing maintenance, data retrieval, backup procedures, storage space management, and clean-ups on the platform. - Troubleshooting and resolving any SharePoint issues or malfunctions. - Reviewing usage reports, making adjustments for optimized user experiences, and keeping up to date with SharePoint developments. - Managing day-to-day operations of the SharePoint infrastructure, conducting root cause analysis, and developing fixes. Qualifications required: - Experience in SharePoint Online (SPO) administration. - Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in installing, configuring, customizing, administering, and managing SharePoint Server versions 2013, 2016, and 2019. - Expertise in managing user permissions, 24*7 client and server support, web part and Windows solutions deployment, content deployments, security patches, user profiles, and creating/configuring web applications, team sites, lists, document libraries, content types, and custom lists. - Good communication and strong interpersonal skills with quick adaptability to new environments.
