Electrical maintenanceCarry out Preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance and Breakdown maintenance of all equipment in Alupuram works Ensure optimum usage of condition based maintenance technologies. Outsource identified maintenance activities.CAPEX ProjectsImplement projects as per implementation plan and schedule. Ensure cost with in approved amount.Integrated Management System (ISO-9001,ISO-14001 and OHSAS- 18001)Maintain the system as required including calibration, updating of procedures/SOPs. Conduct regular auditsTraining and developmentIdentify training needs of all employees. Conduct technical training. Arrange for other trainingsSafetyEnsure safety of equipment and personal by following good safety practices. Ensure everyone make use of relevant PPEs. Follow permit system wherever required.Statutory requirementsEnsure all equipment meets all statutory requirements including Electrical rules and Metrology .Spare parts managementSpares management with the help of materials department Develop new vendors. Techno commercial discussions with the new and existing vendors to develop spares. Identify spares for new equipment.
