#LI_Onsite About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Manager / Lead to drive and oversee the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role demands a strong technical foundation in SFMC, including Ampscript and Automation Studio, combined with leadership and client management skills to deliver impactful campaigns that align with business objectives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise: Proficient with core SFMC modules Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, and Audience Builder. Ampscript & SQL: Strong hands-on experience in Ampscript scripting and SQL queries for dynamic content creation, segmentation, and data manipulation. Automation & Workflow Management: Skilled in building and managing complex automation workflows, scheduled sends, triggered campaigns, and event-driven marketing. Data Management: Experience handling large marketing databases, data extensions, segmentation strategies, and integrating SFMC with external systems. Leadership & Communication: Proven experience leading a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle clients and internal stakeholders effectively. Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret campaign data, generate reports, and provide actionable recommendations. Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously. Email Marketing Best Practices: Deep understanding of email marketing principles, deliverability, A/B testing, and personalization strategies. Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with data privacy laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and industry standards for email marketing. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant). Experience with Salesforce CRM or Marketing Cloud Connect. Knowledge of scripting languages beyond Ampscript (e.g., JavaScript). Experience in Agile marketing environments. Prior client-facing consulting experience. Role Goals: Successfully lead the SFMC campaign strategy and execution to drive customer engagement and business growth. Build and nurture a high-performing SFMC team capable of delivering innovative and efficient marketing solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders on marketing automation best practices and platform capabilities. Continuously optimize campaign workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness. Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and comply with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Design, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client/business goals. Technical Expertise: Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex email templates, journey builder setups, and automation workflows using Ampscript, SQL, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Contact Builder. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of SFMC specialists and campaign coordinators, fostering collaboration, continuous learning, and productivity. Client Communication & Handling: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients/stakeholders, managing expectations, presenting campaign performance insights, and gathering requirements to translate into actionable marketing strategies. Project & Deliverable Management: Oversee campaign calendars, ensure quality assurance, adherence to deadlines, and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously. Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data to derive insights, and recommend optimizations to improve engagement, conversion rates, and ROI. Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure campaigns comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant data privacy regulations. Advocate for and implement best practices in email marketing and automation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, analytics, and creative teams to align campaign strategies with broader marketing and business initiatives. Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with SFMC platform updates, new features, and marketing trends to recommend innovative solutions and improvements.
