The Impact Youll Drive

Own WhatsApp campaign execution using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring Meta compliance and audience-level personalization at scale.
Be the campaign lead across global and regional teamsgathering briefs, aligning on timelines, and updating stakeholders at every stage.
Leverage SFMCs tools to monitor performance, derive insights, and optimize journeys for higher engagement.
Work confidently in Automation Studio, using SQL and managing Data Extensions with a deep understanding of the Contact Model.
Ensure smooth documentation of campaign requirements, test links, dependencies, and approvals.
Stay compliant with platform policiesespecially Meta/WhatsApp regulations and privacy standards.

The Skills That Seal the Deal

3.9–5 years of experience in SFMC campaign management
Working knowledge of GenAI tools to enhance campaign workflows, personalize content, and improve operational efficiency
Hands-on experience executing WhatsApp campaigns, especially in regulated industries
Strong command over SFMC features including Journey Builder, Data Extensions, and Automation Studio
Background in CRM or marketing automation for large-scale brands (BFSI, automotive, telecom, or e-commerce preferred)
Effective communication and stakeholder management across geographies
A sharp eye for performance metrics and optimization strategies
