About The Role
SF Employee Central Consultant
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have Details  (Ideally should not be more than 3-5) 
  • Minimum 4 – 6 End-to-End Implementations in EC and EC Time-off with valid certification in Employee Central module
  • Hands-on experience in Employee Central Payroll
  • Experience in Position Management, Data Models, Events & Event derivation, RBP, MDF Objects, Rules, and Workflows
  • Understanding of Time Off rules, configuration of Time Objects, like Time Profiles, Time Types
  • Experience in SuccessFactors Integration Center
  • Excellent experience in reporting including story reports
  • Good knowledge in HR Business Processes and Talent Management Processes
  • Experience in SuccessFactors Integration with EC Payroll and SAP HCM systems
  • Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
  • Strong executive presence and ability to interact with customer top management
  • Experience in handling incidents and well versed in error analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving
  • Experience in proactively monitoring solutions and applications and suggesting improvement areas
  • Knowledge of other modules is an added advantage
  • Good-to-Have Details Good-to-Have
  • Knowledge of Intelligence Services
  • Experience in other modules including Core HR, Time and Attendance etc. is an added advantage
  • Conduct discovery meetings with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements and support in presales

  • Responsibilities / Expectations from the Role SN Responsibility 1 Configure applications to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes 2 Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organization 3 Designing, implementing, and supporting complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors environment 4 Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors 5 Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks. Results-oriented
