Key Responsibilities

• Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams for all social media-related projects and communication.
• Coordinate with creative teams (copy, design, video) to ensure timely execution of planned deliverables.
• Plan, organize, and manage monthly social media content calendars.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and platform-relevant content ideas and campaign concepts.
• Stay updated on social media trends and recommend new ideas and formats for client brands.
• Oversee and ensure timely posting and scheduling of content across platforms.
• Manage and support on-ground shoots (still/video) when required for brand content.
• Coordinate with influencers and creator agencies for content collaborations and campaign execution.
• Contribute to the creation of Instagram Reels, Stories, and other trending formats when required.

Candidate Profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a social media client servicing role , preferably in a creative ad agency.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content formats.
• Strong communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Creative thinker with a basic understanding of what works visually and tonally on digital platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for content calendars and reporting.
• Enthusiastic, collaborative, and adaptable to dynamic agency workflows.
