Client Servicing Executive

Job Overview:

Purple Focus is looking for a dynamic and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mainline (ATL BTL TTL) and Social Media, with experience in handling client relationships, briefing creative teams, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into clear creative briefs.
• Coordinate with the creative, strategy, and media teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
• Make Social Media Calendars basis understanding of business and client's inputs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Manage project timelines, approvals, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations.
• Ensure smooth execution of campaigns across mainline and digital platforms.
• Handle feedback, revisions, and approvals efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role in an advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of both mainline advertising ATL BTL TTL (TV, print, outdoor, radio) and Digital/Social media.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in client relationship management and problem-solving.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
