We are looking for a proactive and creative Servicing & Social Media Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys working closely with clients and internal teams, and has a strong grasp of digital content planning and social media trends. Key Responsibilities Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams for all social media-related projects and communication. Coordinate with creative teams (copy, design, video) to ensure timely execution of planned deliverables. Plan, organize, and manage monthly social media content calendars. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and platform-relevant content ideas and campaign concepts. Stay updated on social media trends and recommend new ideas and formats for client brands. Oversee and ensure timely posting and scheduling of content across platforms. Manage and support on-ground shoots (still/video) when required for brand content. Coordinate with influencers and creator agencies for content collaborations and campaign execution. Contribute to the creation of Instagram Reels, Stories, and other trending formats when required. Candidate Profile 1–2 years of experience in a social media client servicing role , preferably in a creative ad agency. Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content formats. Strong communication, coordination, and client-handling skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Creative thinker with a basic understanding of what works visually and tonally on digital platforms. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for content calendars and reporting. Enthusiastic, collaborative, and adaptable to dynamic agency workflows.
