Job Description Summary Responsible for designing, building, delivering and maintaining software applications & services. Working in the areas of machine, cloud, platform and/or application. Responsible for software lifecycle including activities such as requirement analysis, documentation/procedures and implementation. Job Description Essential Responsibilities: As Services Software Specialist in our Digital Implementation Services team, you will be responsible for working on software fulfilment projects from our end customer. Responsibilities include understanding project’s requirements, performing fit gap analysis, proposing software solution, and implementing same using software development methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring, and Testing Techniques. As Services Specialist, you will demonstrate understanding of core data structures and algorithms and have the ability to implement them using language of choice in your projects. As a Services Specialist, you will be writing code using computer programming languages that meets standards and delivers desired performance & functionality using the technology selected for the project. This role includes active customer engagement where you will be taking part in workshops, meetings (face to face or tele-presence), site visits. As a services Specialist, you are expected to create ‘customer delight’ by showing preparedness in meetings, prompt communication, on time delivery, in budgeted resources. Qualifications/Requirements For roles outside USA: Engineering Degree/ B.Tech./ B.E. 2 - 5 years of experience Candidate With Below Technical Skill-Set Will Be Preferred Good understanding of IT Infra, Networks and Cyber Security Hands-on experience on working on Network Switches, Routers, Firewalls System build-up and understanding of Infra design and scalability Network troubleshooting and providing RCA Good communication skills Open to travel across multiple customer sites in India Business Acumen Has the ability to break down problems and estimate time for development tasks. Understands the technology landscape, up to date on current technology trends and new technology, brings new ideas to the team. Displays understanding of the project's value proposition for the customer. Shows commitment to deliver the best value proposition for the targeted customer. Learns organization vision statement and decision making framework. Personal/Leadership Attributes Voices opinions and presents clear rationale. Uses data or factual evidence to influence.
