Job Description

ServiceNow UI/UX Builder Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of UI/UX solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Work with stakeholders to create engaging, user-friendly interfaces using ServiceNow UI Builder.
Architect and implement portal and workspace solutions with customization in AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Ensure design consistency and compliance with ServiceNow best practices.
Guide teams on portal scripting, UX frameworks, and UI Builder customization.
Support ITSM and ITOM modules and lead architectural decisions.
