The ServiceNow Testing is responsible for working to develop, design ATF test cases and perform Functional testing on the Service now platform. As such, the tester requires a strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM (Request, Incident, Problem, Knowledge, Change, Service Catalog, and Service Portal) & ESM ( Enterprise Service Management). Overseeing the implementation, integrations, testing, and documentation are a key part of the role. The successful candidate must demonstrate a high level of expertise with ServiceNow.

Education & Experience:

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering

· 5+ years of experience working with ITSM solutions in an enterprise environment

· 3+ years of ServiceNow experience/

· Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in ITSM technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base

· Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to implement on time to a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast moving environment

· Strong communication, Strong presentation and writing skills

· Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members

· Experience with Testing ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management or other ITSM application.

· Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow

· Create and manage ATF scripts

· Experience in one (or more) scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell) is a good to have

· A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL or CMDB

· Certified ServiceNow Administrator and Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

· Superior attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to understand complex business needs and adapt appropriately

· Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies applicable to the ServiceNow platform

· Conducts / participates in user inclusive story / requirement gathering sessions

· Agile certified

· Worked in Agile projects

· Worked on TOSCA tool

Desired Certifications

· ISTQB

· Certified System Administrator

· PSM or CSM
