Required Skills & Experience -
4-10 years of experience in QA/Testing, with at least 3+ years in Salesforce testing.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning experience.
Proficient in writing test cases, test plans, and defect reports.
Familiarity with testing tools such as JIRA, ALM, Zephyr, or TestRail.
Good understanding of API testing (Postman / REST) and data validation using SOQL / SQL.
Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Provar, or UFT) is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
