ServiceNow Technical Consultant / Developer – SAM (Offshore)
Location: Remote (Supporting US-based Client Projects)Not Consider Hyderabad & Bangalore Candidates Key Responsibilities:Develop and customize ServiceNow applications with a focus on ITAM, SAM, and HAM.Lead end-to-end ServiceNow engagements and ensure client-specific solution delivery.Configure and implement ServiceNow SAM Pro Module, Discovery, and Service Mapping (MID Servers).Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP, Scripted APIs, Flow Designer, and Data Stream.Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within SAM modules.Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.Collaborate with architects to design scalable, high-performance solutions.Contribute to the development of Fujitsu IP solutions in ServiceNow.Mandatory Skills & Qualifications5+ years of ServiceNow design and development experience.Proven expertise in ServiceNow SAM Pro Module (minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations).Strong experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) end-to-end lifecycle.Hands-on experience with SCCM, Software Asset Workspaces, Software Spend Detection.Proficiency in ServiceNow Discovery & Service Mapping (MID Server setup).Strong integration skills (REST/SOAP APIs, Flow Designer, Scripted REST API).Programming expertise in Java / JavaScript.Experience preparing technical design documents.ServiceNow Certifications:ServiceNow System Administrator (Mandatory)ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (Preferred: ITAM / SAM)ITIL v3 Certification (Mandatory)Excellent communication, analytical, and client-facing skills.Preferred SkillsExperience in large-scale ServiceNow application development.Strong presentation and customer interaction abilities.Leadership experience in mentoring and guiding teams.
