Job Description

ServiceNow Senior Integration developer / Architect / Lead Developer -ITSM

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions focusing on the ITSM module (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management)
Customize and configure forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items
Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, or MID Server
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process gaps and automation opportunities within ITSM
Maintain platform health by managing upgrades, patches, and performance tuning
Develop and maintain custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform
Follow best practices around coding, security, and ServiceNow development standards
Mentor junior developers and support platform governance and CI/CD processes
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs and user guides
