Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on TSM and/or CSM modules, integrations, scripting, and platform customization. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across TSM and/or CSM modules.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and other components.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow Service Portals for user-friendly experiences.
• Implement and manage REST/SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and other third-party tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and company coding standards.
• Work with the platform team on upgrades, performance tuning, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow TSM and/or CSM modules.
• Expertise in scripting (JavaScript, Glide) and integration (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes such as Incident, Case, Change, Problem, and CMDB.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Service Portals and other UI elements.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified in TSM and/or CSM modules

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
