ServiceNow Senior Developer

Role Overview: As a ServiceNow Senior Developer, AVP at our Bangalore location, your main responsibilities will include analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing solutions, configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform, and troubleshooting system performance issues. You should have a good understanding of the ServiceNow Platform, Javascript, Client Scripts, and Business Rules. Your problem-solving abilities and independent as well as collaborative working skills will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform - Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code in ServiceNow - Conducting code reviews and quality control checks - Debugging and fixing technical issues - Developing ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/Discovery/IRM solutions on ServiceNow platform using an "Architecture first" principle - Contributing unit tests using the team's automated testing framework, participating in code reviews, pair programming, and UAT defect resolution - Guiding and mentoring other resources - Having a minimum of 6 years of expected development experience in ServiceNow Qualification Required: - 5-8 years of ServiceNow Implementation Experience - Proficiency with ServiceNow Development such as scripting, Flow designers (low code, no code), and integrations - Experience working in Agile methodology such as Scrum and Kanban - Excellent communication and collaboration skills Additional Company Details: Our company, Deutsche Bank Group, aims to create a culture of empowerment and collaboration where individuals can excel together every day.
