results-driven Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and build target lists of

    ServiceNow-using enterprises and partners

    across North America.
  • Conduct

    outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn

    to schedule qualified discovery meetings for the sales leadership team.
  • Research and profile accounts to understand ServiceNow footprint, maturity, and potential gaps across ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and GRC.
  • Engage mid- to senior-level IT and business leaders (CIO, VP IT, GRC Head, HRIS Director, etc.) through value-driven conversations.
  • Qualify prospects by uncovering their

    current challenges, roadmap priorities, and integration or implementation pain points.

  • Work closely with the U.S. sales and delivery leadership teams to shape outreach messaging, prepare presentation decks, and follow up on campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data on all outreach activity, call notes, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align on

    campaign messaging, webinars, and follow-up sequences

    for inbound leads.

Required Qualifications

  • 25 years

    of experience in

    inside sales or business development for ServiceNow or IT consulting services.

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow ecosystem — modules, partners, and implementation value chain.
  • Experience with

    outbound B2B prospecting

    and booking qualified meetings with senior IT or business stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work during

    U.S. business hours

    when required.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or JobDiva.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow implementation cycles and common challenges faced by enterprise customers.
  • Experience with

    prospecting tools

    like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Apollo.io.
  • Prior exposure to

    consulting or system integration sales

    , not just license reselling.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to tailor messaging to each account’s digital transformation priorities.
