• PRISM - Employee Engagement Fabric built on ServiceNow is a multi-Persona Custom Application on ServiceNow, for enhance Employee Experience

• Implementation and ServiceNow Administration Experience

• Experienced implementation of ITSM Module and implemented incident, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, exposure to CMDB, Flow Designer

• Custom Application: Assist on designing and implementation of 4 large custom applications.

• Experience in implementing PPM module and customized the application with various custom features.

• Designed and implemented platform application which provide ServiceNow instance best practices,

Created various platform best practice custom check in the application

• Service Portal: Excellent experience in building Service Portal and building widgets from scratch

• Design Service Portal leveraging Ul Pages, templates, and Widgets to changes to navigation, menus, and layouts.

• Integration: Integrated ServiceNow and slack application and provided two-way communication to send and receive the data.

• HRSD: Implemented case Management, onboarding and offboarding employee's, customizing employee Centre Portal
