Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development, with strong focus on Service Portal.
Proficiency in:
AngularJS (v1.x) for widget development.
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap.
ServiceNow Glide APIs and scripting techniques.
Experience with custom widget development and portal theming.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
Experience integrating with 3rd-party tools via REST/SOAP APIs.
Good knowledge of CMDB, Incident, Change, Request, Catalog modules.
Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, or Integration Hub is a plus.
Experience working in Agile environments and using JIRA / SNOW Agile boards.
