Role & responsibilities

Essential:

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years relevant IT experience with SharePoint, SharePoint with K2/ Other workflows. Total IT experience of 10 years or more.
• 3+ years of SharePoint and Power platform governance experience
• Work experience should involve technical consulting, development, and deployment.
• Must have a proven record of delivering business value
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Strong understanding of M365 ecosystem and integration points.
• Experience with environment management, DLP policies, and governance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with solution packaging, deployment pipelines, and production promotion.
• Familiarity with security models, table permissions, and data governance.
• Must understand IT architectural principles, and have demonstrated skills creating architecture and deploying technology
• Knowledge of SharePoint; including experience working with SharePoint 2016 On Premise and Office 365/SharePoint Online, K2, K2 /SharePoint, SharePoint Search and ProjectServer, power platform
• Experience defining the information architecture for intranets, internet and extranet sites
• Experience creating and developing site architecture using concept maps, site maps, taxonomy schemas, and personas
• Experience creating the metadata architecture including site columns, content types, and content type hierarchies
• Experience designing wireframes and site mock-ups
• Deep understanding of information architecture, taxonomy, content types and their respective applicability to sites, site collections and SharePoint solutions
• Experience conducting fit/gap analysis to identify how business requirements map to technology
• HTML5, JavaScript and CSS experience
• Experience with Agile/Scrum Methodology
