Role & responsibilities

Work with the Knowledge Management team to ensure all Talent content is accurate and reflects new processes, technology, nomenclature, etc. that are going live summer of 2024.
Update professional-facing SharePoint content sites on SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premise basis inputs from stakeholders.
Refresh the knowledge base housed in Salesforce with results from the Talent Content review and prepare the content for move into the new ServiceNow platform.
Upload prepared content into ServiceNow and conduct content validations.

Qualifications

Specific Required Skills

Experience in Word and Excel (Advanced skills)
Hands-on knowledge of SharePoint On-Premise and SharePoint Online editing
ServiceNow Knowledge experience a plus
Strong analytic and logical skills to ensure adherence to guidelines through an extensive quality check process
Strong organization and communication skills to coordinate with team members to effectively act on content in the manner indicated through the Talent Content Review.
Detail focused so all content changes are completed, reported on, and confirmed.
