1. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
2. Strong understanding of CMDB data models, CI class structures, and CMDB health.
3. Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server configuration.
4. Ability to troubleshoot issues within the ServiceNow platform and integrate with monitoring tools.
5. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and other scripting languages for ServiceNow customization.
