Job Description

Project Planning & Management:
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for Oracle EBS projects.
Team & Resource Coordination:
Coordinate and manage internal and external project teams, including technical, functional, and business stakeholders, as well as vendors.
Risk & Issue Management:
Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues, taking corrective action as needed.
Stakeholder Communication:
Provide regular project status updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders, senior management, and steering committees.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
Budget & Performance Tracking:
Monitor and report on the project's physical and financial performance and budget adherence.
Change Management:
Manage change adoption to ensure successful implementation and benefit realization.

Required Skills & Experience:

Project Management Expertise:
Proven experience in managing large-scale ERP projects.
Oracle EBS Knowledge:
Strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite and its various modules.
Leadership Skills:
Ability to guide teams and build collaborative relationships.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze management reports and derive insights to drive decisions.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
Technical Aptitude:
Understanding of technical, data, and business architectures related to Oracle EBS.
