Job Title: ServiceNow CMDB Developer Key Responsibilities: Design and manage new CMDB classes and Configuration Item (CI) lifecycles. Maintain accurate and up-to-date CMDB data and relationships. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, CMDB, and ITSM modules. Familiarity with ITIL, especially Configuration and Change Management. Experience with Discovery, Orchestration, and scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules). Background in data governance, quality, and integration. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience with SaaS/cloud environments and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML).
